Who I AmBeing the oldest of four children (pictured above), I have always taken a leadership/mentor role. I could think of no other profession where my natural abilities and passion for helping others could culminate more than as a teacher. It is my positive disposition and varied life experiences that assure me I will be an impactful teacher to my students.

My Brief CareerI graduated from the University of New Haven in January of 2015. While at UNH, I spent a year as a substitute at Beecher Road School in Woodbridge. At BRS, I substituted in everything from grades K-8 to gym, music, and art. I performed my student teaching at John C. Daniels under the tutelage of 5th grade teacher Mrs. Jody Perrilli. Not long after graduating, the state of Connecticut granted me certification. In January, I became the math and reading tutor at Brennan Rogers for students in grades 3,4, and 5. I have spent 2 years as a sixth grade teacher and am currently in my 2nd year as a 5th grade teacher.
